Physical Fitness helps us feel better physically but also mentally. When we begin an exercise program not only do we achieve our physical goals but we boost feel good neurotransmitters that help combat anxiety and depression. Diet, fitness, healthy sleep habits and a positive mindset all affect our mental health and brain wellness. Five key factors are affecting the rise and fall of diseases and mental health issues. Malnutrition, lack of physical activity, sleep issues, and stress which leads to an unhealthy mindset.
