What is Health and Wellness Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process that empowers you to make lasting changes to your overall well-being. Whether you’re struggling with weight management, stress and anxiety, chronic pain substance abuse or just need someone to talk to, coaching is an excellent choice. I will support you in setting and achieving your goals through: Personalized goal setting, Action planning, Accountability, and Support and Encouragement. Together we will identify goals through focused conversations, questioning, reflection and the development of action plans. Coaching sessions take place in person, or virtually. What is coaching and how is it different from counseling?

Coaching is a collaborative process that empowers you to make lasting changes to your overall well being.  Coaching  focuses on the present and future. The timeframe is typically short term with sessions lasting a few months to a year. 

As your coach, I will support you in setting and achieving your personal goals through:

Personalized goal setting, Action Planning, Accountability and Support and Empowerment. I address a wide range of concerns including: weight management, stress reduction, quitting smoking, substance abuse and many more.
